Papertrey July Blog Hop

Here we are on Sunday evening ready for the PTI July blog hop.  This month we are to incorporate office supplies into our project.  For my project I used a file folder to create a holiday planner.  I got the idea from Splitcoast Stampers in the resource section.

I had such fun making this.  All the paper is from Cosmo Cricket's Oh Joy paper crafting kit.  For the front I used the Round and Round set with the Take Note set with an image from Vintage Ornaments.

There is not alot of PTI in this project but I did use some of the wonderful Fillable Frames stamps and dies along with the Mat Stack I die, oh and some new leaf twill ribbon.

Sorry some of the images didn't turn out that well,  I was pressed for time getting this project done and posted.   All of the items in the pockets I created  using my computer as well as the Holiday Events and Receipts tags.  Behind the November calendar is one for December.  The calendars are at the top and there are lines below it to makes notes of upcoming events since the squares are alittle small to write in.

I created a little envelope to hold receipts.  It's always nice to keep all the receipts from gifts purchased in one place.  I really like this project for the simple fact that everything is in one place and will help keep me organized for the holidays.  My sister's birthday is next week and I think I will give this one to her.  I really enjoyed making this that I think I'll make one for my other sister and one for me.  It just amazes me to think that this once was a plan file folder.

Thanks for stopping by and happy hopping!
Hugs
Lisa
