Birthday

This project uses My Mind's Eye Tres Jolie collection. The ocean tides ribbon coordinates really well with this patterened paper. For the focal image the birthday sentiment is from Stampin Up and the background stamp I paid $1.00 for at a local craft store. I used the square plain and scallopped nestabilities and made it pop with some foam pop ups. I added some pearls for a finishing touch.
